Do you have what it takes to be King or Queen of the Hills?

Thank you, Jill Forsythe, for this video from our 2017 race!

Quadzilla is pure guts. It will test your limits.
This is a trail race: there are hills, rocks, roots, and water. You think you’ve run hills … until Quadzilla. This course is a BEAST! It will take you to the middle of nowhere and back. It will test your spirit, try your patience, and keep throwing a curve ball at you again and again.

Quadzilla is relentless. And just when you think it’s over, there’s more.
When you run Quadzilla you join an exclusive group of runners who have pushed their limits and tamed the beast. Quadzilla will beat you up. You’ll get three aid stations along the way and a sweeper who keeps on pace for the three-hour cut-off. If you stay ahead of the pacer you’ll be fine. If you fall behind you’ll get a DNF. No exceptions.

These are the rules. Love ‘em or leave ‘em.
Along the way you will be treated to fresh-cut watermelon at aid stations 2 & 3. Watermelon contains 92% water and is a highly portable taste of goodness in a hot, July race.

100% of the proceeds go to our HCM Foundation service programs to help local patients and families battling cancer.

Our race has been featured in the June 2012 issue of Running Times Magazine and the Well+Good May 2016 article “THE 50 COOLEST RACES YOU CAN RUN THIS YEAR.”
